Your approach is mostly visual
You need to create a complex multimedia project. Typically, you have to hire several people or companies with overlapping responsibilities. The project will require a lot of time and communication from a number of sources, and they may not be able to handle your project efficiently.

Technical and business people will have to work together. You will need to communicate with both types, and sometimes it's difficult to get them to communicate, which can delay the process considerably.

Maybe you've worked with business sources who made a project decision without taking your expertise into consideration, forcing you to fit into their decision. Or, you may have worked with business people who won't address the flaws within their project or concept before going to market. Perhaps they also regard themselves as designers.

You may have worked with technical people who can't communicate with you about your needs – they can only talk about process and technology. They don't see the benefits of what they do and how it may affect your project. They like technology for technology's sake. They're concerned with technically building your project – not whether it will make a profit or fall within budget. Often, they don't respect visually creative people.

Does this sound like you?

If this sounds familar, don't stop now

Perhaps You Are a Creative Director
You push the conceptual boundaries of common perceptions and understanding. You stay current with the state of the art in creative products. Busy solving analytical and strategic problems, you don't need more problems to add to the mix. You want someone who understands the technical limitations of electronic media, as well as the advances on the horizon. Someone with the expertise and awareness of trends, capabilities, and practical uses of multimedia would be ideal. You need a partner who can maintain the integrity of all aspects of your project, from the initial brainstorming and conceptual development to final execution. You search for help with creative options, not canned solutions that hamper your creativity.

Perhaps You Are an Art Director
You strive to maintain the creative integrity of your project at every step. You guide media professionals and help them adhere to your project design standards. Integrating technical concerns, marketing issues, and input from the client also keep you busy. You know what you'd like to do for a client but you're not sure where to start technically. Maybe you want help with Flash programming for an interactive Web site or email blast. You dream of finding someone qualified to help with the overall user experience of your project.

Perhaps You Are a Designer
You provide visual support and now need to integrate graphics, video, audio, music, and animation into your project. As you build a custom presentation, you require help with the user interface development or programming. Or, you could use help with the multimedia design for your project. Someone to help your creative ideas come to life would be a godsend.

Perhaps You Are a Visual Strategist
As you try to take your project in new directions, you must stay in sync with the aspirations and understandings of corporate goals. You want to blend communication, entertainment and information to solve your problem strategically. You need help with your unique multimedia solution. Someone to show you how interactive media fits into your big picture and overall strategy would be indispensable.
